Sheets: Current Sheet Entry on Top

Hey Education Friends!

Some of you have asked how to make Google Sheets move your most recent Google Form responses to the top of your spreadsheet. This would be particularly helpful in conjunction with our Attendance Forms training.

1. Open a new tab

2. Copy/Paste your column titles from your responses tab into row 1 of Sheet 2

3. Click on A2 of Sheet 2

3. Copy/Paste the following link into A2:

=SORT('Form Responses 1'!A2:Z,1,FALSE)

VOILA!!

This video walks you through the steps.

Training: Attendance Forms (FREE)

Hey Education Friends!

***AFTER THE TRAINING: What a great training! Thank you for those that participated. You brought so much to the training with your fantastic questions and desire to learn. Please take a moment to complete the PostSession Survey.***

I will be hosting a 20 minute webinar showing how you can easily track attendance for virtual and remote learners using a Google Form inside of Google Classroom. We'll also discuss how to make it automatically populate a spreadsheet for even more control.

What to do in preparation?

1. Make sure you have a personal gmail account from which to log in (some district domains deny outside Meet access)

2. Complete the brief, 6 question PreSession Survey to give me a little knowledge of your skill/need

And of course, let me know if you have any questions or need any help 😊
